SONA PILLOW® NOTE
If the Sona Pillow® seems too high for your neck, please, try and place some weights on it for a few days to lower the pillow and then try it again, the benefits significantly outweigh the effort it takes to get used to the sleeping position.
SONA PILLOW® O model NOTE
The Sona Pillow®O model should be aired to get rid of any memory foam smell for a few days if necessary.

- If you choose to return a pillow PLEASE DO SO within the proper time frame of 14 days from date received.
- Please make sure to keep the clear plastic cover for first two weeks in case you decide to return, we will want you to return it in its original plastic wrapping.
- You will ship the pillow to our returns address once return is authorized (shipping pillow back is at your expense, we recommend you track shipment).
- *Please Note In Advance: If you choose to perform a return, each pillow return has a shipping and handling service charge of $30 that is deducted from the amount you paid when you purchased the pillow at any sale price.

– To complete your return, we require you receive an approval from us to ship to us, and we will provide you with the shipping address. Also required is a receipt or proof of purchase with the pillow.– For any refunds please contact customer service for instructions and approvals.
– At different times the company will offer free shipping or other special offers. All offers with free shipping will be refunded minus the shipping and handling cost which is included in the offer. – At different times we have the option of offering specials with different policies at our sole discretion for the duration of our specials.
-All products returned must be in new unused condition in original packaging with receipt.
– No damaged product intentional or unintentional will be accepted. – Returned goods are to be returned to us at customer expense.
– Please do not send your purchase back to us until you have an Return Authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund the full product cost amount minus initial order’s shipping & handling.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for address and approval to send us back an item. Do not mail anything to us before you receive a Return Authorization Number and proper address.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
