If you have an order awaiting shipping with us and you cancel that order, and attempt to reorder at sale price, we have the full right not to grant the sales discount to your follow orders.

Return Policy Details 

We want our customers to be fully satisfied and we stand behind our products, with continued use you will see the benefits of the pillows.   

If the Sona Pillow® seems too high for your neck, please, try and place some weights on it for a few days to lower the pillow and then try it again, the benefits significantly outweigh the effort it takes to get used to the sleeping position.  Please air out the pillow prior to use as stated below. 

The Sona Pillow®O model should be aired to get rid of any memory foam smell for a few days if necessary. 

  • Sona Pillow® and Sona Pillow® O model have been shown to be effective.  

– Please do not send your purchase back to us until you have a Return Authorization.

This is a personal item and refund is offered only for defective unused product.  All our products are brand new and have never been used by any other person.  Due to the design of this product people may drool on pillow and we refuse to resell dirtied/used product.

If the product is damaged when you receive the pillow, please contact us and we will tell you how to return the pillow properly. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  We will refund the full product cost amount minus initial order’s shipping & handling. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for address and approval to send us back an item.  Do not mail anything to us before you receive a Return Authorization Number and proper address.
